Return Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Home Run Stride Inc. We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality, made in the USA product and outstanding customer service. 

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are so confident in our product and customer service that we provide you with our 30-day guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please give us a call at (800) 396-5729 and we can set up a Return Authorization (RMA) for your order. Once your order has been set up, simply return the item within 30 days of the ship date, in its original, re-saleable condition, including any tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund. 

30 Day Manufacturer’s Warranty

Defective items (though not anticipated) are covered by our 30-day Manufacturer’s Guarantee. If you use the item and it breaks under normal use within 30 days of the ship date, we will replace it free of charge. Just follow the simple return procedure outlined below and we will take care of the rest. Once the item is received we will promptly evaluate any defect and ship you a replacement item. A defective item may only be exchanged for the exact same item and options. 

Return and Warranty Procedures 

Call (800) 396-5729 or email info@homerunstride.com to have a Return Authorization created. Label the outside of the package clearly with the RA number provided. Ship the package Once the item is received and inspected, we will promptly credit you minus shipping cost, or replace the defective merchandise.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
